This was my latest experiment, trying a new way of shading that includes gradients. I'm not sure if it's something that I will keep up (I might, seeing how I would want to improve) but it was worth checking out. What do you think?

impressive... but to the untrained eye, someone might think its a low res gif. I like the concept but maybe like you said... needs some tweaking. excellent work tho :D!!
